As I’m in charge of writing the Zest blog, I can only
apologise and slap my own wrist for not updating this more often. However in my defence we’ve been madly busy
and all our time and energy has been focussed on our clients, which is how we
like it at Zest. We totally thrive from
the buzz of being busy and ‘getting stuff done’. Not only have we maintained and continued to
develop the relationship with our fantastic clients, Wendy has been out and
about taking on new ones. It’s great to
meet new people and take on new challenges.
This variety is what keeps Zest fresh and buzzing. We never really know how one week from the
next is going to pan out. It keeps us
enthusiastic and excited and in turn we provide a professional, thorough and
dedicated service to our clients. We’ve
also just moved to fabulous new offices, just outside the centre of Bath. To say we all love this new location is an
understatement. It’s just a lovely place
to work.
Now, I don’t wish to frighten anybody, but as of today it’s
only 54 sleeps until Christmas. The
first thing we have to mention is the imminent arrival of Bath’s Christmas markets, which open on the 22nd November. I can’t tell you how excited I get when I see
the flat pack wooden sheds that begin to come out, waiting to be assembled for
all the stall holders. It’s such a great
place to get Christmas presents, decorations and seasonal food.
If time isn’t on your side these next few weeks, don’t forget
Zest is here to help. We offer the gift
of time and this can be used in many ways.
Not only can we do your Christmas shopping, but we can wrap all the
presents. We can help arrange parties,
private dinners, trips to restaurants and even organise as pre Christmas clean. We also have a great bank of babysitters so
you can have a night out and a glass of Christmas fizz. It may be that you’re flat out at work and
don’t have time to wait in for the boiler repair man or for a large delivery
and need somebody to be there, who not only can you trust, but if you leave a
pile of ironing out, we’ll get that done too.
This is one of our most popular lifestyle services.
If you are really stuck on buying a present for the person in
your life who has everything, then why not give them some time? Literally.
For that person who needs those extra hours you can buy block of time
from Zest. When they need us, we’ll be
there. A gift that will be loved!
A quick mention to the amazing Bath rugby team, who had a
magnificent game on Saturday against Exeter.
Both teams played brilliantly, but it was Bath who had the edge and got
the result they deserved. Well done.
Also if you’re looking to see some amazing fireworks don’t
forget that this Saturday 3rd November, there is a display on at the
Recreation Ground in the city centre.
The gates open at 6pm and the main display starts at 8.15 The Bath Rotary Club organise the event along
with Bath University RAG (Raise and Give), with proceeds going to the Peggy
Dodd Centre in Combe Down which cares for people suffering from Alzheimer’s and
dementia.
We hope this post finds you all well.
Lots of love
The Zest Team.
